I am looking for an FHA Manufactured home loan lender. Anyone out there know of any that still lend in Oregon?

   Taylor Bean and Whitaker and Countrywide Home Loans. I use them for most of my Manufactured housing. But no one does single wides anymore so if that what you are looking for there is no one.

   Just contact a loan officer through your bank and see if you qualify.
