Also we are looking at a manufactured home with land combo valued at 0,000 … In a growing town in Washington state.

We make aprox ,200 together a month.
What if it appraises at higher?
So how is it determined how much it is that you get in your loan?

I own land, with a tax value of 35k. I cash purchased a single wide manufactured home, and installed a septic.
I’ve been renting for 5 years and doing this slowly. Recently was laid off and my new job has my income drastically lowered. So now I need to get this single wide set up on a permanent foundation and have a well drilled, so I will have permanent housing. I’m out of cash to do this myself.

What type of loan should I apply for ? I have searched a rural development loan, but it states I must be unable to secure financing from another lender. I have yet to apply anywhere else because I’m unsure what loan to apply for. I don’t want to apply for multiple loans and lower my credit score.

I have budgeted to finance between 15-20k

My credit history is 3 years old, with a car loan paid, revolving new car loan and a credit card.
My new job is in the same field, which I’ve been in for 7 years. I have been on this new job for 3 months. I was laid off for 3 months before finding this new job.

OK…so the home stimulus package helped the banks, but not me. I am looking for a manufactured home loan of ,000. I am VA eligible and make close to 00 a month. But because there was a late payment on a credit card a few months ago, everybody says no. I think that the stimulus package sucks and there is no way to help the working people of the US. There is alot of information sorry I couldn’t cut it short. I am applying for a loan for a mobile home (manufactured) and it’s a foreclosure that has been on the market 80 days for K. No bankruptcy or foreclosure in the past, in fact it’s a first time thing. Ok credit score is 585, 637, and 617 well they pick the middle one so it’s 617. Gross monthly income of 00 and monthly debt of 0. Well we were not accepted from caldwell banker b/c the only thing posititve on the report is one credit card which was opened in October and it’s a 00 limit with only 0 spent. On the credit report there is 67 in debt. Is there any way we are eligible for this loan? We can do 00 down and can show proof of everything! There are so many people out there that get this sort of thing, people worse off than us financially and it is possible…….I am in desperate need of some assistance. Paying 00-00 a month is in our budget. Anyone please help! Thanks so much!
